By using the services of DS & LS Plumbing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

DS & LS Plumbing provides Plumber services within the Gold Coast, QLD area and surrounding suburbs. All services are provided in accordance with applicable Australian standards and regulations.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by DS & LS Plumbing are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during the work. Any additional work beyond the original scope will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards.

Warranty

All workmanship carried out by DS & LS Plumbing is covered by our warranty as required by Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to any products or materials installed.

Cancellations

We appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Liability

DS & LS Plumbing holds public liability insurance and all necessary trade licences. We take every care to ensure work is carried out safely and to a high standard.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve the matter. If the matter cannot be resolved, it will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
